Hello there! My name is Dan and I oversee a group of real estate investors in Tennessee and Florida who are set on doing business with integrity. If you own a house that you’re planning to sell we would love to talk with you. Whether you’re in a financially compromised position or your property is saddled with layers of complexities, you can rely on us for a fast and professional closing. The first step is to contact us so we can provide you with a fair value offer. If you accept, the closing could take place in as little as 2 weeks. As we advocate for your success we’ll navigate through the frustrating legalities so you don’t have to. After the sale we have the choice of renovating the house or selling it to a third party renovator.
Because each seller and property is different, at the closing we offer the options of up front cash as well as residual monthly payments. A monthly payment plan is a valid option for some people whose house is on the brink of foreclosure or in some other precarious situation. It’s kind of like a lottery winner who is happy to take monthly payments instead of one lump sum because in the long run he knows he will be getting more money.
Personal Background
Apart from being in real estate, I do have a very personal side that manifests itself in kind of a paradox. One day I may be found in an upscale cafe but other times I’ll be enjoying the setting at McDonald’s where no one has anything to prove. What I’m trying to say is that the kind of people I like to associate with are from both worlds.
Predicting what my life will look like in 20 years from now is difficult but I suspect my sense of social responsibility will be a part of it. A while ago I created a music album for children and in the future I plan to turn it into a musical which will give people essential keys for their own lives. Feel free to have a listen!
In my free time I do projects that are based on invention and product design. Here is one that I’ve recently been engaged in which shows my unlikely quest for free energy.
Currently in the US, 1 in 36 children has autism as opposed to 3 in 10,000 in 1970. This next video is the product of a short sabbatical that I took researching autism related white papers. This is by no means an anti-vax video. However, it does give parents a balanced layout of real and scientifically based information regarding infant vaccinations.
